premiere: “freak machine” by big fun

Los Angeles band Big Fun just released their music video for “Freak Machine” from their album Happy Scary, released this summer. The video features an eclectic montage of video clipsincluding videos of the band performing, stop-motion animation, and other random clips. The video is just as chaotic as the song itself, and no other visuals could fit the energy of the song so seamlessly.

Big Fun’s debut album Happy Scary is the perfect blend of punk rock, electronic, and experimental music all wrapped up in a colorful and unique performance. Singer Austin Ford is known for playing his keytar and wearing colorful star glasses at shows. Combined with his bright blue hair and neon jackets, his look is just as fun as their music sounds. Joined by drummer Nick Tripi and bassist Cody Barbato, Big Fun has big things ahead of them.
